Pork, Ribs

Pork RibsI never really cook ribs for for me or the family. There is probably a couple of reasons why.
1. Good ribs are hard to find close to where I live.
2. They are relatively expensive.
3. The family is not the biggest fans.

But today, I was practicing for the Rockhamton Brahman Battle and had a really good result.

I got the bite marks I was looking for, my timing was good and that sauce. Colour was on point.Pork Ribs Bite Marks

Also, the family and neighbours got a bone to try and the facial expressions were worth it.

Conclusion: Cook Ribs more often!
